Kelly Madcharo - Director
Kelly Madcharo received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with minors in Psychology and Business. She attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1984. Kelly worked for the Nebraska Medical Association for 14 years prior to coming to LMEP. Kellyserves as the Director of the Nebraska Cancer Research Center and the Adolescent & Family Health Division which includes the School Community Intervention Program (SCIP), Training for Addiction Professionals Program (TAP), and the Young Families Program. Kellyand her husband Mike have two children, Matt and Emily, and three pets, Cisco, Sonny and Fredo. An avid KC Royals fan, Kelly also enjoys baking and caring for foster animals for the Capital Humane Society.

Joshua Robinson - TAP Program Coordinator
Joshua Robinson attended Midland Lutheran College where he received his BA degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology as well as a BA degree in History. While at MLC, Joshua was a four-year letter winner for the Warriors football team. During his free time Joshua enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing on club sports teams in the summer. He is also an avid sports enthusiast and has had lunch with George Foreman on several occasions.

Nancy Folkert - TAP Program Assistant Coordinator
Nancy received her B.A. in Chemistry from Hope College and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University. After growing up in Michigan, she has lived in Puerto Rico, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Idaho and now Nebraska. Her work experience includes teaching/administration at the middle school, high school and college levels; and working/administration in medical & manufacturing laboratories. Nancy has been married for over 30 years to Vic and they have two grown children. She enjoys quilting, reading and teaching Sunday School. | |
