Kelly Madcharo

Kelly Madcharo received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with minors in Psychology and Business.  She attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1984.  Kelly worked for the Nebraska Medical Association for 14 years prior to coming to LMEP.  Kellyserves as the Director of the Nebraska Cancer Research Center and the Adolescent & Family Health Division which includes the School Community Intervention Program (SCIP), Training for Addiction Professionals Program (TAP), and the Young Families Program.  Kellyand her husband Mike have two children, Matt and Emily, and three pets, Cisco, Sonny and Fredo.  An avid KC Royals fan, Kelly also enjoys baking and caring for foster animals for the Capital Humane Society. 


Abbe Boonstra

Abbe Boonstra

Abbe received her BS degree in Human Development and Family Relationships from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, with a minor in Sociology.  She has worked as the Program Coordinator for the Young Families Program since 2002.  Abbe and her husband Tim, are the parents of quadruplets, Anna, Katie, Luke and Riley.  When she isn’t busy raising four children, Abbe enjoys reading, jogging and spending time with friends and family. 


Jennifer Coon

Jennifer Coon

Jennifer Coon received her AS degree in Human Services from Southeast Community College and her BS degree in Social Work from Nebraska Wesleyan University.  She has worked in the human services field for 8 years.  Jennifer and her husband, Justin, have a little boy, Lukas, and are expecting a new addition to the family in March of 2011.  They also have an English Bulldog, Billie Holiday.  In her free time Jennifer enjoys going on walks, reading, and baking.   


 

Pam Echols-Conroy

Pam Echols Conroy received her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Doane College in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is credentialed in both Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Counseling. She attended and graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Management, and with minors in Music, Police Science and Corrections Management. Pam worked for the State of Nebraska from 1991 until 2006 and has been with LMEP Young Families Program since May 2009.
