Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) improves the quality of care provided to the adult victim of a cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergency. Participants will enhance their skills in treating arrest and per-arrest patients through a series of simulated cardiac and respiratory cases. Stephen Carveth, MD, a local cardiologist, and Lincoln Medical Education Partnership were instrumental in the development of the ACLS training module, working closely with other medical and educational professionals.

For an additional fee, classes for a guaranteed minimum of six participants may be arranged by contacting the course coordinator at (402) 483-4581 ext. 292.
