Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses are designed according to the American Heart Association's guidelines for pediatricians, house staff, emergency physicians, family physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers who are responsible for the well-being of infants and children.
PALS Renewal Course
Participants are updated on therapies and skills to effectively manage the most common cardiopulmonary pediatric emergencies. Upon successful completion of the course according to the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, an AHA card verifying two-year PALS Provider status will be issued.
Course Prerequisite
All participants must have completed the PALS Provider Course or have previously renewed within the last two years.
