Good health lays the foundation for a productive, successful life. Lincoln Medical Education Partnership progressively approaches health care with a comprehensive blend of health and human services. Since 1975 we have positioned ourselves as a premier trainer of family medicine physicians and other health care professionals even while adding to a full dimension of family health services. Through services designed to complement one another and our compassionate attitude, Lincoln Medical Education Partnership assists in the development of strong, dynamic families.

All of our family-centered services respect the beliefs, experiences and backgrounds of others. The family physician cares for patients of all ages with a wide variety of health issues. Satisfying physical needs lays a foundation for health upon which additional concerns may be addressed. A family’s needs paired with its unique dynamics may require behavioral health services, substance abuse intervention techniques, or guidance through pregnancy and early parenting. Special counseling services are crucial for some families dealing with chronic, progressive diseases, poverty, and abuse. In one convenient site we offer families the tools to achieve good health and self-reliance.

A fit society exists upon many tiers. Lincoln Medical Education Partnership has elevated the public health of Nebraska, the Great Plains, and beyond by training more than 252 dedicated family medicine physicians; treating hundreds of thousands of patients and clients; training thousands of middle and secondary school professionals to recognize signs of substance abuse; training hundreds of substance abuse counselors; assisting thousands of people through their personal journeys with cancer while contributing to a global bank of clinical research; and linking thousands of people with the social services they need at times of crisis. By providing access to better health care habits, we build a stronger community at many levels through both prevention and treatment.

Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it.
