Lincoln Family Medicine Center, a program of the Lincoln Medical Education Partnership, currently has a FT opening for a Medical Records Technician. This person is responsible for the administrative tasks of maintaining patient records, including assembling patient information into patient’s medical charts, submitting files and documentation to physicians and other clinicians as requested, and communicating with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed.

Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) designation, knowledge of medical terminology, and previous experience in medical records preferred. Responsible for providing superior, high-volume service in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a team player who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in our busy office. Lincoln Family Medicine Residency Program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership is looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine physician interested in becoming a full-time faculty member.  No previous faculty experience is necessary, simply a desire to teach.  Compensation and benefits are very competitive. Workload, call schedule, and hours are also very reasonable. 

We are a highly competitive community-based 8-8-8 program affiliated with the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  We house a full-service family medicine clinic and behavioral health center.

Teaching duties include supervising resident physicians in the delivery of the full range of family medicine services.
