Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Lincoln Family Medicine Center, a program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership, currently has an opening for a full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This is an exempt position responsible for the clinics’ financial process from patient registration to final payment, ensuring accurate coding, billing and insurance reimbursement to optimize cash flow; ensures seamless and high-quality interactions between the revenue cycle team and clinic operations; serves as the primary point of contact, providing clear interpretation of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, cash posting, and follow-up; and addresses patient concerns when escalated.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare management, business administration or related field. Must be a Certified Medical Coder.

Experience: Hands-on experience in medical billing and coding, payer reimbursement, collections and cash flow. Minimum five years of experience in a medical business office, two years as a department supervisor.

Family Medicine Faculty Physician

Lincoln Family Medicine Residency Program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership is looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine physician interested in becoming a full-time faculty member.  No previous faculty experience is necessary, simply a desire to teach.  Compensation and benefits are very competitive. Workload, call schedule, and hours are also very reasonable. 

We are a highly competitive community-based 8-8-8 program affiliated with the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  We house a full-service family medicine clinic and behavioral health center.

Teaching duties include supervising resident physicians in the delivery of the full range of family medicine services.
